We are back to a new start in the new year and hope to find lots of people who want to take part in this wonderful support group!
The philosophy behind our challenge: small achievable goals. One month at a time, one week at a time, one day at a time, one bite at a time. Results will be posted as a % lost (pounds) towards monthly goal.

Charity! Seems like you are on a good track! Congratulations on your loss so far! I think your cosplay goal is a great one to keep you motivated! Any ideas as to what you want to dress up?
I will do so after this weekend....i'm giving myself this weekend to clean out the leftover holiday foods, and by that I mean throw away what's left come Sunday. Decemeber physically kicked my butt and with that I didn't have much appetite. I know that I overindulged still, but i'm hoping the damage won't be too bad. I wasn't able to make it to the gym for three weeks
but this past week I made it twice. My gym is closed today and tomorrow though.
if my Addison's flares up
I have been there for 7 years now and after some changes the past two years I am definately walking a lot more. Not everyone can just go and watch the Black Bears or Red Pandas while working. Sometimes I even give the carousel guy a break and run the carousel which is a lot of fun with the kids. I'm really lucky.
I'm ready for 2015 and I am up about 10 pounds since August
