Hello fellow WISHers! I know we are "just" a group of virtual strangers, but over the years some of us have become cyber friends. I feel like I know some of you and there are so many of you who have inspired and motivated me through out the years. My sincerest thanks to you all as I am sure each of you have touched my journey in one way or another.

I do not know what your beliefs are and I don't wish to offend anyone or leave anyone out, so instead of wishing you all a Merry Christmas I simply want to wish you a time of joy, happiness and love. We are all on a common journey, we may not be on the same program or lifestyle plan, but we are all striving to lose weight or maintain a weight loss and to just be healthier people.

So many WISHES to each and every one of you. 2008 is going to be a great year and I look forward to continuing my journey with each of you for another year.

Just perusing the board this first day of a brand new year and getting my "head" into the mode of "healthier eating" - I know that I feel better when I eat healthier and

just knowing that DIS - WISH is a place to come for friendship and support helps me to remember - I am not alone in this journey!

One day at a time working a plan - gets me one step closer to my goal and I am glad that I have YOU (all WISH supporters) to help me stay focused!
