Wishes times for Jan 19th for ADRs at California Grill

Heading down to WDW in Jan...the 19th - 23rd...and I would like to make ADRs for the California Grill for Friday 1/19. So..my question...what time should I make reservations for...and what time is Wishes at that time of year?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks a lot in advance!

Awesome link, thank you very much! So..if the show is at 8pm...would I be crazy to make 7:30pm dining reservations at CG? Would we show up and just not get a table anyhow?
