Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party 9 or 9:15?

When I was making a reservation for the Wishes dessert party today I was offered 9 or 9:15. I thought there was only one seating per event. Does anyone know if either time is preferable or what the difference might be?

From what I've read it's just a way to stagger guests arrival, seats/tables are pre assigned
