Wishes Dessert Party tears of anguish!!

I just had to vent to people who would understand why i'm sitting at my desk at work crying!!! I've been trying to score a reservation for the Wishes Dessert Party for July 3rd and try all day long every day. Well guess what, this morning I'm checking, not thinking i would get anything but low and behold an 8:00 button popped up for my desired date. Tears of joy sprang to my eyes as I clicked that button and entered my log in information only to have the dreaded "servers busy, please try again later" message come up. My tears of joy quickly turned to anguish as I feverishly tried again, only to have no times available!!!!!! To have been so close is worse than having no shot at all. I guess I'll just keep trying, maybe I'll get lucky but I doubt it. Darn servers!!!

Wait a little bit then check again. I got the 'server is busy' when trying to book 'Ohana and Tusker House, then the times I wanted were gone. I waited a little while, tried again and the times were there. This time I called to make the ADR and had no issues. Maybe was 20-30 mins before the time showed up again. Good luck!

OH MY GOODNESS, I GOT IT! July 3rd for 5 people, I could die of happiness!! Well, I better wait until after the dessert party!! Now I just have to keep it a secret because I reallly want to suprise my kids who have no idea that i've been trying to get this! :yay:

Congrats on getting it. I understand your tears of anguish because the same thing happened to me. I saw the reservation, grabbed it, and yes...the dreaded server busy message. So, I lost the ressie. It was gone. But, I kept looking and it showed up, again. Now, my daughter and I are going to the dessert party. :cheer2:
