Yay! I was able to cancle the Dessert Party I booked on Dec 30 and reschedule it for later in January so I save 1/2 the price - and now I get to avoid the holiday crowd too!!
I just got off the phone with disney dining. I'm going June 2nd -9th and they were able to tell me that there was a Dessert Party every night of the week that I was going, but that i couldn't book it until my 180 day mark. And they said the price was $27.58 per person.
Just got off the phone to adr to book the dessert party for the 4th feb and was told its on the system but not booking yet , has anyone eles had this problem ?
thanks lisa
just tried to book for April but was told it wasn't available yet, it was a really bad line so i'm not sure if she just gave up as she couldn't hear me very well
Just got off the phone with Disney Dining for our May 27- June 5th trip and was told Wishes Dessert Party will be offered but has not loaded into their system yet. The good news is I got all the dining reservations we wanted! So excited!!
Got it for 1/16 the other night! When I called the CM told me that the last she heard was the last dates were the first week of January. I asked her to check anyway and she said that there were dates! Can't wait! Doing an adults only night with my sister, her husband, my husband, his aunt, and possibly his uncle.
Called last week for mid March and was told they weren't in the system. I said I know someone who has made end of March reservation, can you check? And there they were, she was surprised. But it took her over a half an hour to get the reservation done because she was doing something wrong and it wouldn't take my Disney Visa...go figure. Finally got it worked out without linking it to the resort stay.... So we have it scheduled...just ask them to check because they were not notified about the updated dates.
1st time here... And I see lots of people talking about Wishes Party. Can someone tell me what is it??? We willhave a 4.5 year old and a 2 month old. Going in May... should we try to do it? I just have no idea what it is???
MNMama--We will be going to our 3rd Dessert party this January. For this time it was $23.43 per adult, not sure about kids price. There are mixed opinions, but for us we enjoy the experience. It is nice to be isolated from the crowds around the castle waiting for the fireworks. The view of the fireworks is off center but we got over that very quickly. The party itself starts about an hour before Wishes. You are assigned a table and there is a great variety of small desserts and fruit, plus drinks. I would try a google search for pictures and reviews. Good luck planning!
