Wishes Dessert Party (and EPCOT private Illuminations party)

1) Does anyone know how far out they are taking reservations for Wishes Dessert Party?

2) Second question -- I recall reading something very recently about a similar event at Epcot, and for the life of me I can't find the info. Does someone know what I'm talking about? Was that just a Food and Wine offering?

EPCOT Illuminations as far as i know was/is only during the food and wine festival but only on certain dates. Mostly fridays.
