I've been watching this thread for a long time. But I just finally registered. I'm waiting for Saturday August 20th for a party of 13.

I'm hoping for August 25th! At least we seem fairly well spread out (only a couple of overlaps so far) - that's good with so many of us in the August "hopefuls" group.

Oh, and just to throw something else in the pot, one of the many (many, many!) CM's I've spoken to about the Dessert Party said that when it finally opens, it will open first thing in the morning. Of course we all know how reliable that type of info is.....

Just spoke with the Poly Itinerary Planning office. Trying to use my club level perk for the first time. Asked about the dessert party in August. It is not in their systems yet. She took my credit card info and said hopefully we will be able to get ressies when it comes up.

I am trying to surprise DH for his birthday. He does so many great things for my son and me that I thought that this would be great. He has been wanting to do it for a long time.

We have stayed club level a few times and never recieved a call or email from the Itinerary planning office before. The cast member made note of that as well. We have really never needed them before so I don't really know all they can do for us. We usually make all our arrangements ourselves.

Just thought I would let everyone know the information that I found out.

My fiance has jumped on the "stalking of the dessert party bandwagon". He just called to check on our date we want, in September. The cast member said that they havent started booking for September yet, but they are booking for August.
I dont know how true that is. I checked online and August is still blacked out. Who knows.

Thanks for the info, hopefully one of the people here waiting for August will call and report back as it is quite possible they have opened up the August bookings.

The CM said to keep calling everyday. She also mentioned that she hopes it opens soon because she is getting "a lot" of calls.

We called too for August and got the information that it is still not bookable. Only dates up to July 31st are available. The CM didn't know when August may open up - he thought about maybe to the end of this month... He suggested calling daily since they may at first open it only at the phone - which we actually don't believe.....
So still waiting....

I just spoke with a CM and asked about it for September. They told me they were booking for August now but not yet for September. If you want to book for August give it another try.
