I was just looking for some FP for November 14 and notice that Wishes is listed as "closed for refurbishment"......but I have Dessert Party reservations for that night??????????????

We have tickets on the 12th. It shows 9:00 pm as the time for wishes (on the Wishes info page) but on Friday the 14th it shows no times available ... I would call. Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

It is showing closed for refurb for 13th and 14th. Ugh....nothing else is open while we're there.

The 13th and 14th are both MVMCP nights so you need tickets to the party to attend and go to the dessert party for holiday wishes I believe.

Does anyone know if its ok to show up at any time for the dessert party? The reason I'm asking is that the night we have ressies for the dessert party is also our MVMCP night and I don't want to miss out on a ton of party stuff so I was thinking go in a half hour before fireworks, eat some desserts and watch the fireworks. Would this work? Would there be any downfalls to doing this? Thanks!

We arrived at 8:30pm for our 9pm Dessert party back in August and they had us line up until exactly 9pm - then checked us in & gave us our wristbands.

I am looking for the MK dessert Party in January, it shows a 6:30 available time, wishes is at 8pm are we let in at 6:30? I thought it was only an hour long. just checking how this would work.

Just in case anyone was interested, times for May 9 are up now. I sure don't like how they're doing all the times at 6pm which then conflict with dining reservations. I had to call in twice before I got someone who could override it.

I so wish I could find a reservation for Saturday, Nov. 15th for the Wishes dessert party. I am dreading watching Wishes. I have to rent a scooter this time due to a broken foot. Trying to move through the mass of people while on a scooter is almost enough for me to skip it. (Notice I said almost as I truly love Wishes.)

Keep checking for a cancellation fastpass to the reserved fireworks viewing. I did it once and it was very nice considering it is free. Worth it IMO.

We attended a Wishes Dessert Party back in the Fall of 2009 and had a fabulous time! Just booked again as a surprise for my husband's birthday in April... can't wait!!!

What time do I arrive at the dessert party? My reservation says 8:50?

Question............I'm trying to book the dessert party for a family of 5. There is availability for 4 people. Two of the kids in this family are under the age of 3, so they are not paying guests. Is there any way I could grab this reservation for 4 even though there are technically 5 people? I know that the seats are assigned, so it may not be possible (or ethical). What do you think? The extra chair wouldn't really fit?

I just made a reservation for May and the only time available in the pull down was 6pm....my reservation is 6:05. Website says that fireworks are at 9pm. Do they change the time later and do they notify you, or do I just show up at 8:05?

I think you are supposed to call and confirm a week or 2 out and they give you the correct time?
