wishes at Poly beach rather than in parks?

we are staying at the poly for 1st time...is WISHES "worth" watching on the beach or is it better in the parks...I guess what I am asking is that if you could be in the parks 2-3 times to watch WISHES there would you rather skip it in the parks and watch from the beach...is it different or special enough to skip it on purpose in the park to come back and watch at POLY

If I could only see Wishes once then it would be in the park. If you have already seen it close up then viewing from the Poly beach is nice. There is no way I'd take the beach view over the park view if I could only see it once.

To me it's worth seeing it once in the parks, after that the beach is a great alternative, you can hear the soundtrack floating over teh water, and no crowds no fuss

It's beautiful both ways! Our son enjoyed it more from the beach because it wasn't as loud.
