Wishes and MSEP Fastpass Question

Is it possible to get an MSEP and Wishes FP+ on the same night? I've tried and thus far no luck. I'm not sure if it's because they are sparse or because it's not possible.

I know that a lot of people may think it's a waste to do so, but based on having an AP, the time of year I'm traveling, and my other plans for this trip and others , I'd love to use 2 FPs on these two attractions in one day...I just don't want to waste time trying to change an FP if it's not event possible.

2. A common dilemma is not knowing if those FP choices are already fully taken,
or if they have not yet been released for your date(s.)
