Then it was time to cut the cake. A nice CM showed Brandon how to do it, then I placed my hand on top of his

Brandon and I were served a piece of each cake at our sweetheart table. Our wedding cake was yellow cake with raspberry mousse and fresh raspberries, and the groom's cake was chocolate cake with Bailey's mousse. They were both delicious! We ate every bite!

After cake, the DJ played "So Close," from Enchanted, per my request. I love that song.

For a late night snack, we had a milkshake machine with vanilla and chocolate milkshakes. There were also french fries, but I don't have any pictures of those! One of my regrets is that I didn't have a milkshake or fries, but I was just busy seeing everyone.

How adorable is he?

Erica says the photographer prompted her to do this, but I'm not so sure!!

So as I mentioned earlier...

Remember these two?

Well they had been sitting in the lounge area, having some drinks and talking about literature. Carmen let her Rapunzel-like hair down, and Joe was fascinated. So, determined to woo Carmen, what does Joe do? He dances with Carley. It worked big time.

The last I saw of them, they were holding hands on a couch. There may have been a little kissy-kissy as well

Thanks! You know, after reading some negative reviews of Disney photography on the boards, I questioned if we should stay with them. I'm so glad we decided to take the chance, though, because we could not possibly be any happier with our photos. Regina is an artist and her style fits us so perfectly.

Those photos with the wishing well are so gorgeous! It looks like your reception was so much fun! The late night milkshakes are such a cute idea too, I love it.

Thank you! I love to eat, so we tried wherever we could to incorporate more food/drink (like the beverages by the pavilion or the late night snacks).

So at this point in the reception, my feet were killing me. I kicked my shoes off and instantly felt better.

I guess this is DFIL getting more comfortable as well...?

We had the DJ play a song in dedication to each family. My family's was "Georgia On My Mind" (most of my family lives in Georgia, we're all from there originally).

Brandon's family's song was "Hang On Sloopy". It is the state rock song of Ohio (weird, I don't think most other states have an official rock song). Anyway, they all love it, and there's a little dance that goes along with the chorus.

My bridesmaids all caught on, and I taught it to Carley. It was pretty fun!

We had another round of dancing-- it was well into the party now!

Why is he lifting up my skirt here?? I assure you there was none of that at the reception!

Then "I Wanna Go" (Britney Spears) came on... my ladies and I danced like crazy to that album at my bachelorette party

(Not a lot of men dancing to Britney Spears... )

And of course, it wouldn't be my wedding without...

Somewhere in the dancing, our photographers and videographers told us they were leaving. We had gotten all the shots we wanted, so we thanked them for being so fantastic, and they were off.

So while all of this dancing was going on, Coby caught the party spirit

He had whipped his shirt off and was running around the dance floor. Everyone started cheering and clapping-- he was eating it up!!

Then Coby started scooting, on his knees, backwards across the floor! Every once in awhile he would sit up and rub his chest!

I don't think I've ever laughed so hard. This went on until he was exhausted. He loved the attention!

Then I gave him his present for being a ring bearer-- a Buzz Lightyear space gun.

He ran around shooting everyone!

For their presents, Carley got a Snow White barbie doll and Claire got a Snow White soft, stuffed doll.

Then the DJ played "Shout!". It was a big hit with everyone!
