WISHers on the Podcast Cruise

I was curious to see how many of the WISH board regulars are going on the podcast cruise. I'll be going with my mom and brother.

I also think I am going to do the Mayfair 5K on Saturday night before the cruise in Lakeland. I am waiting to see if any other Saturday night or Sunday morning races are added before committing.

Don't think I didn't consider it, but I think the normal old 5K on Saturday night will do for me. I won't be landing until later on Saturday. This is the race I was thinking about doing, it is at 7:00pm in Lakeland.

I wish I could afford the Podcast cruise this time around. Other priorities seem to get in the way.

Erika and Cheryl (and anyone else who is coming but didn't post), you might be interested in this thread I found over on the cruise board. It appears that one of the ship's crew takes anyone who wants to run or walk a 5K onto Castaway Cay early before anyone else is allowed off to get in a run.

I will definitely be there. It looks like there are usually only a couple of people so it is just you and cast members on the island all by your lonesome. Who says running isn't it's own reward.
