DH and I are putting in a bid today for our first house I'm so excited and nervous all at the same time. We have been married for almost a year now and we live with DH's parents right now

It's probably a great time to buy. It'll be great to have your own place.

Ok the paperwork is on and on it's way to the bank to see if they will except our offer. The house is currently bank owned and the people who owned it just moved about a week ago.

Now I'm nervous, I really hope they except our offer and no one else submits a better offer now. The realtor told us it could be awhile before we here anything back. What am I supposed to do in the mean time ?

I can't believe how nervous I am now, maybe we should have offered more
