Wish they would offer more discounts on food for DVC members.

We never do the DDP because we have a kitchen and tend to eat a fair amount back in our room. But it would be really nice to see a nice selection of places to eat with a discount being DVC members. It always seems like it is for places I would not want to eat.

There's actually quite a few dining discounts just for being a DVC member. 10% at many DVC resort restaurants, 10% to 20% at many Epcot and AK table service locations for lunch (some for dinner), a decent but small selection of DtD Disney restaurants and the only discounts available at Swan and Dolphin restaurants.

But I still purchase the DDE/TIW with my AP, it is just more convenient than wondering about whether the DVC discount is for lunch only, or dinner only, or at this place or that place.

If you are an Annual Pass holder, consider getting the Tables in Wonderland (DDE) card. It will get you a 20% discount on food and beverages at most table service locations and a few counter services locations. The TiW card is only available to AP Holders ($75) and Florida Residents. The card is valid for a year.
