Jennifer, I just couldn't do C25K. Something about the way I am wired seems to work better with the run/walk intervals. Oh, and thanks!!
After the Princess, I transitioned into a local Galloway training program, and have been training with them since mid-May. I am with a pace group that does 2/1 intervals (run 2, walk 1).
I have lost another 15 lbs in the process, and my Chicago RnR half time was 2:49.
I can definitely attest to weight loss = easier running.
