OK, the good news is he should be shipping the shirts to me by the end of next week. (

But the bad news is... the XL shirts came in but he is still apparently going to have to substitute 4 shirts because he doesn't have the
exact item requested.

Because it's only 4 shirts, he suggested that rather than hold up the order any longer, he is going to substitute, print, and ship the shirts ASAP. For example -- and he wasn't certain exactly which 4 when I called him, so this is
just an example -- he has sleeveless Ts but no tanks in size small, so he will substitute the small sleeveless for the small tank shirt.
As soon as I have the shirts in and compare his shipment with your orders, I'll let you know if you were one of the unlucky ones and ask if you'll accept his substitution. If your order is affected and you don't like his substitution,
I will refund the payment for those 4 shirts out of my own pocket -- I don't want any of you to be unhappy. As he explained it, with 52 shirts in various sizes and styles, it's tough to get all of them in stock at once. He is filling multiple orders each week and stock is always changing, so it's a real challenge to get an order like ours out. Still, I think you should expect to get what you paid for -- so if you don't like it, I'll pay you back and offer the item for sale on the Disboards to anyone who might want it. Again, it's only 4 shirts, so most of us should get just what we requested. As time is growing short, it seems like the only workable solution. (By the way, just so there is no misunderstanding,
I am only offering to refund the 4 substituted shirts. This is not a blanket refund offer. My husband would kill me!)

I'm also sorry this has taken so long, but again, we'd planned for an early November delivery and it looks like we're going to make it
by the skin of our teeth.
