If you think you might want one, don't delay! The Sept 8th order is almost certainly your last chance to get one (or extras) before the 2007 Disney Half/Marathon/Goofy!

Yup, Scott's (scoolover's) order pushed us to our magical 24-shirt minimum. While it is awfully tempting to invoice everyone and get this order off immediately, I think it's only fair to wait until Sept 8th for everyone to get their orders in.

Now might be a good time to review the order process.

1) You PM me with your first/last name, shipping address, email address, items wanted, and the size for each.

2) I send a confirmation to your email address (so you know I've got your order)

3) After all orders are in (and we know the actual FINAL cost per shirt and shipping and Paypal charges), I email you a Paypal invoice (hopefully by Sept 9th at the latest). The final costs are determined by the total number of shirts ordered -- we actually get a little price break if we get 50 or more, but we may not reach those numbers because this is a re-order.

4) You pay through Paypal no later than Sept 24th.

5) I send all our money and the order to the printer by Sept 25th.

6) The printer prints the shirts and ships them to me in 4-6 weeks. The later the order gets off the longer it may take, because of the holidays, so I'll send it off as soon as I have everyone's payment.

7) I ship the shirts to the shipping address you provided by early November.

Note that if I get the payments back before Sept 24th, I'll happily get the order off earlier. Also note that only the printer knows how quickly he can turn the order around, and only the post office knows how fast priority mail gets to you, but I've tried to present what I think is a reasonable estimate.

Because mid-November to December is holiday season, I'm quite certain I won't gamble on a later re-order this year, so this is "it" before the January half/marathon. If you want shirts for your scream team, or extra shirts to replace this one when it gets worn, be sure to order now. I want every WISHer who wants a shirt to have one to wear to WDW! I've done several marathons and it's quite a boon to have folks cheering you on. The green shirts will make you easy to spot, and make it easy for other WISHers to recognize you and cheer their fellow WISHers!

****Correction: I got a final pricing email from the printer. The fewer-than-50-shirts pricing for our order will be $2.75/side, and the 50-or-more-shirts discounted pricing is $2.50/side for a savings of 50 cents per shirt. I've updated this post to reflect that. Sorry. The REALLY good news though is that he is charging us only $10 setup (instead of the usual $20) because this is a re-order.***

More orders today... I've sent email confirmations to Felicia (Wish I lived in Fl) and Judy (Honeibee) bringing our new total to 41! Holy cow! If everyone follows thru with their order, we are within 9 of getting the discounted printing price -- which saves us each 50-cents-a-shirt in printing costs -- and every penny saved helps!

Maybe I should explain this a little more... Our printing cost per shirt varies based on how many shirts we order. If we order fewer than 50 shirts, in addition to the base shirt price, shipping, and the Paypal costs per shirt, we also pay 2.75 per shirt per side for printing (total of $5.50/shirt for printing). If we get 50 shirts in this order, we only pay $5 for printing. That's why we have to wait until all the orders are in to determine the final costs -- the more we order, the cheaper it gets for all of us.

I'm trying to get some information for Colleen (princessmomma) so she can complete her order -- Any of you who ordered shirts last time, did you find the sizing was as you expected, or small, or large? And also, did you most of you get the longsleeve to wear over layers or the sleeveless to wear under? Any advice for her? Because I wasn't around to order the first time, I don't know the answer to those questions.

Today is the LAST day to get your orders in. I hope to get everyone's invoice out this weekend and as soon as all the payments are in, I'll get our order off to the printers. The last day I can accept payments is Sept 24th, but I'm hopeful they'll be in earlier so we can get our shirts sooner.

Thanks to Roxanne (Roxy) for the latest order. By the way, at last count we are now up to 46 shirts -- within spitting distance of the discounted price for printing. The way orders are coming in, I'm very hopeful that we will reach 50 shirts today. Keep your fingers crossed!
