Since I am now an "expectant" runner, I am switching my pace goal from 11-11:30 to 12-12:30. I am planning to R3/W2, and I would love a companion or two.
So far, so good with my pace of 14:30 to 15:00, even in the long ones. I did 20 miles on 12/28 while sick in 4h 57min. I will be looking for your shirts next weekend. HM: Corral D, wave 2. FM: Corral G.

Kira ~ Congratulations! Are you running the half or full or both? If I can find you I'll join you and hopefully be able to keep up! With all the injuries and illnesses this year, I didn't get in as much training as I usually get, so hopefully the walking breaks early on will help me in the end!
Hi Theta......I remember walking with you several miles early on during last years marathon. Glad to see you are doing it again. This year I will be without my good walking buddy, Nancy as she is doing the half instead of the full.
