Wish room location?

We did a placeholder on our 3 night Dream merrytime, and I'm thinking of doing a Wish Merrytime next November. We love the aft rooms, but without an aft elevator I'm thinking of doing a midship room instead. We didn't have any issues walking to the other end of the ship to the adult areas, but I am trying to figure out if walking to the midship steps just to go back to aft for the new adult area will be annoying. And I don't even know where the "cabanas" type restaurant will be or will it even be called Cabanas. I know there is no actual experience, but looking for some opinions.

We do not know the name of the buffet, but its location on deck 11 can be assumed based on the official deck plan already available:

The removal of the aft elevators solves what I believe to be a poor design in the Dream class, especially in times of COVID, where they land in the middle of the buffet.

The elevators will probably serve as a gateway to the adult section on the new ship, so you will not walk back to the buffet or the adult deck but enter them directly from the midship elevators.

That's a good point! We would be heading to the elevator and they would think we needed to wash our hands to eat. We did think, though, that "midship" was a misnomer for those elevators; the walk from aft to midship was much bigger than the walk from forward elevators to midship.
