I have so many bad habbits. I have decided to take control of my life! I bought the book Idiots guide to breaking bad habits. I am circling tommorow on the calendar to get going and take care of business. I will be heading off to start reading it, and I will be keeping a journal of my journey. One day I will come clean and reveal my true Dis Identity, but for now, this is what I need to do. I know it will take some time, but I am ready!!!:D

Way to go! You need to convince yourself that it's time to change & keep that set in your head - be selfish. I quit smoking (2 years ago in March!) just by stopping the habit. Hard? Beyond belief and I still miss it terribly but I won't ever start again because I don't want to - not because my DW hated it, not because it was a bad influence to my kids, not because of any outside influence. Change your habits to please yourself because no matter what comes, you will wake up with you every day. You spend 24 hours with you every day. You need to be able to get along with you before you can get along with anyone else.

Take it day by day. It is so hard to make a change. I know. You are going in the right direction with making that decision and verbalising it to us.
