Tomorrow I go for my one hour glucose tolerance test. I really hope I pass this. Last time I had to go for the 3 hour one I also have to test to see if I can use a certain adhesive so when I go to the doctors office I have to put it on my arm and hope I don't have a reaction. It was the only thing that didn't give me a problem last time. I have a severe adhesive allergy and latex allergy and having a c-section they need to usually put tape to hold the spinal in and the iv in so I hope I can handle this adhesive cause I don't know what they will use if I have a reaction.
I had a severe reaction last time to the adhesive and had to stay almost a week in the hospital after my delivery
Well I just hope it goes well tomorrow.
I also get my date for my c-section Then I will know how many days I have to work. I think I have only 16 more shifts, but who is counting? 12 night shifts are killing me.
Will update you later. I can't believe I am already 28 weeks and our little man still doesn't have a name. We just can't decide. I guess we still have time.

First of all - Congratulations!! Understand the tape allergy - DH always had to use paper tape, but not sure it will hold during and after delivery.

Congratulations! Hope your test goes well, and you find some tape that sticks! I totally understand - most tape they use peels my skin off.

Well I failed my one hour test and now have to go for the 3 hour. The lady from the office has to call me to set up my date for the c-section. I hope she calls today or tomorrow.

That happened to me too (kid #3, I think). Take lots of read - the time goes soooooooooooooo slowly. Hope your second test turns out ok. (My second test kind of ended up on the borderline, but everything went just fine in the end.) Good luck!!!

Just got home. They only had the orange stuff. yuck
I will find out this week if I passed.
I also should find out if I can schedule my c-section with my doctor and not the new doctor in the office. I am anxiously awaiting to see if that is possible.
