:goodvibes ;) Hope I can keep myself motivated. I joined the exercise challenge again. Last month I did 460 minutes which isn't bad considering my schedule. :thumbsup2 Most of it swimming and short walks on break at school. So I'll keep those up especially the walking at school and add in some DVD workouts. Because I'm not seeing anything coming off with that work. Of course I've been drinking soda again which has to go because I can't seem to limit it to ONE on some days. I have been chosing diet more though the last couple days I've slipped and had Mt. Dew because I felt really groggy from taking meclizine because I felt some vertigo coming on. And that stuff always makes me super drowsy and tired. I slept A LOT until it has cleared out of my system some.

I hope to lose 15 lbs by the end of next month. SOOO I'll also be watching my eating. It will be a bit easier when I get working full time again. My part time home work of data entry isn't gonna cut it and have to get some bills caught up. So I'm job hunting all week next week.
