Hello--to the CM who works at the Convention Center Office at the Yacht & Beach Resort, 
A sincere and special thank you to the cast member who walked over the package of my son's medical supplies that was sent overnight to the resort. The first package sent contained the wrong medical supplies for his weekly transfusions. And we had to await a new overnight delivery. You were very understanding at the desk and very attentive. Apparently when his new package arrived you called us to notify us but my husband met you in the lobby. I never did get to thank you for coming to deliver his medical supplies in person as he needed it that day. Thank you, thank you. I did not get your name. I wish I did so to properly thank you.
