I'm getting psyched for the DL 1/2 and the only thing missing is a cool WISH racing shirt. I know the sale is roughly this time of year. Any chance of getting one in time for the race? I want to look cool in lime green. :thumbsup2

Thanks for any info.

You missed the RaceReady order and the regular shirt order a few months ago.

You can try this site for another type of gear.

Eye2eye makes a cool shirt with Disney Characters running. I wore it running, and it's not a wicking shirt. I was soaking wet after a 6 mile run. It will serve as my WISH meet shirt. Their sizing runs on the big side. I wear a large, and this one is almost a dress on me. Order one size smaller than normal.

Be warned though, a lot of WISH members had very poor customer service from Eye2eye. Packages weren't delivered in time for the Minnie 15K, wrong shirts, wrong sizes, wrong names. Some asked for refunds, and got it via Paypal dispute.

I would guess there would be another shirt order coming up within the next few weeks. It kind of depends on what the schedules are for the organizers. Carrie (wtpclc) and Mel (chimera) are the two main contacts.

Mel and I will likely start the ordering process early next month. However, it's a long process, so the shirts won't likely arrive in time for DL. :guilty: The whole process takes 2 to 3 months, then we take 3 months of adn start again. The next order is so that we can have them f romarathon weekend.

Seevral of us have been trying to find a reliable company that will do shirts on demand for poeple who miss the orders. Have not had great luck yet, though.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way to get the artwork that was used in the eye2eye orders? I love the running Disney characters with the WISH logo. I could do some kind of iron-on thing at home until my "official" shirt is ready, although the castle would be pretty tough to do on my own:laughing:. I'm a bit afraid to try to order from eye3eye after reading the thread. But need some kind of lime green for race day-- I need all the support I can get while running.

There are lots of lime green clothing on the racks right now. You can just stencil with paint or permanent marker on any shirt the word WISH! We'll know who you are! (I don't think an iron on is a good idea with tech shirts. Melting is a real possibility)

jbucci - I just wanted to say that you certainly don't need a lime green WISH shirt to be part of the team! Many long-time WISHers never wear any WISH gear. And we still know who they are! The first year I was a WISHer, I just wore a lime green tank from Target.

I don't have any WISH clothing either since I missed the order and I'm newer to the team. I bought a lime green colored Nike tank instead. I did buy a green WISH pin from Cafepress. I might just wear it to the DL races on my fuel belt. :goodvibes

You can also order one of the Lime Green shirt from Race Ready which is one of the placed they order from, it just wouldn't have the writing on it. They have the t-shirt style and the tank style in the lime green. Also New Balance had some shirts out at one time that were called "Limelight" not sure if you can find them anymore. I have one of the plain lime green shirts from Race Ready and I like the light fabric. I also got a pair of the LD COmpression shorts with the pockets on the back, it looks kinda funny, but would help during longer distances so no need to take a fanny pack.
