WISH Committment Week 8

Hi Everyone,
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training this morning.

Bev- Good for you for finishing Jane Fonda. I remember that my mom used to have a Jane Fonda tape I would do with her.....wow was it hard. I know it wasn't step aerobics, but it was a killer. I would love to try it again and see what I thought.

Molli- Good for you for moving on and making the rest of the weekend OP! That's what I did last weekend and I still ended up loosing. Keep up the great work!

Evansmom- My official WI is the one at Weight Watchers, but I do use my scale at home daily. I just use it as a guide, but It's best to only have one scale as your "official" scale.

Tried to post yesterday and just couldn't get there. Every time I tried it said page not found Hmmpppffff!

Good job everyone! You are all staying dedicated and I am inspired by that for sure.

Anyway, I've been doing something every day 'cept one this week. I started Monday walking 4 miles on the Towpath (my happy place). Tuesday it snowed, so I did Pilates and TM for 2 miles at 3.8 mph. Wednesday I went to the gym and pooled it with some water running and a couple of laps then on to the weight machines for a bit. Took off Thursday, Friday did Pilates and TM for 2 miles at 3.5 miles and incline, and so far today Pilates, but I will TM for sure later.

well survived sat/sun. I was over 3 pts each day, but hey, that's what flex points are for?

i consider it an accomplishment to have journaled both days and stayed pretty well on plan. not the bestest choices ever, but not crazy wild either

i did exercise sat and sun. and painted DD's room, cleaning out from under her dresser had to count as APs! whewie!:eek:
 

Good Monday morning everyone,

I did Body Scuplt and day 3 of 5 day abs today. The sweat was pouring down my face by the time I did the arm exercises where you are bent over the fanny lifter.

Yesterday I did Super Cardio Sculpt, FIRM Abs -workout 1, and part of Calorie Killer 2 and Calorie Killer (started those before super cardio and didn't finish) that made me so tired and I almost didn't finish SUper cardio sculpt. I ended up exercising for over 2 hours and was exhausted.

I was so bad yesterday afternoon. I didn't go anywhere all day long since we went to church on Saturday. It was my bumming day! We painted some of the basement and then I started cooking dinner. Well something made me want a snack. Once I started I had a hard time stopping. Today is WI today too, I was doing so good. Hopefully I will still loose something. I did eat less for dinner than I had planned due to my snacking, so I guess it's not as bad as it could have been if I would have binged after dinner.

Mollie- You are doing so great- That is exactly what flex points are for, and you should eat them. Of course not like me and go way over your target, flex and AP points! That isn't good!

Tigerlily- Sounds like you are getting some great workouts in! Keep up the great work.

I took the Dis Challenge in Feb. It included SB diet and sometype of exercise. I have been checking in with the No Foolin'Around thread and my wish journal. Forgot about this. I have stayed OP most of the time. I'm down to 205 from 214 and lost 13.25 inches. Feel great! I am doing Leslie Sanstones 2 mi walk. Love it . Bought my running shoes yesterday and am ready to get outside. It will be 40 all week. Yeah!!!! I checked the the beginning jogging tips thread. It is really good!! I'm going to run my first 5K in July and the Disney 1/2 Marathon in Jan. 2005. I'm patiently waiting until I get to ONErland. It will feel so good. Have a great week and I'll check in next week. i'm OP today, had 2 pts for my snack and am putzing around here buying time until I can make dinner!! {{{groowwwwl}}} --- excuse me, don't you hate it when your tummy growls in an inopportune time ;)

I did the FIRM cardio sculpt today and my fanny felt it!
