Good lord, Easter was NOT kind to me. I gained 6 pounds in a week! :)

It was all water weight, and I'm back on track, and happily losing.

How'd everyone do???

I just finished my first week back on WW and I lost 6 pounds. I guess I gave you my 6 Snacky! NO THANKS YOU CAN GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE!!

Now on to the next week. I seem to have a good week and then I back slide. But I am going to make it 2 good weeks in a row.

I did work out 4 times last week. I want to make that 5 times this week. Slow and steady!

Have a good week all!

Down to 202. So close to Onederland, lol!

I'm down 2 pounds which puts me solidly in the 50 pound lost category at 51.5 pounds. Yippee!!! I am on my way!

I was pretty bad over Easter weekend & bounced up 2 lbs as a result, but I'm back on track & the 2 lbs are gone again. That puts me in maintenence mode, which is what I'm planning until we get our FL move completed.
If I can just get through the next few weeks of stress & eating out a lot I'll be a really happy WISHer! I know I don't want to stray too far off plan during this move because I won't have any time for the "carb hangovers" that leave me feeling very sluggish during our move! I'm going to need all the energy I can get for the next few weeks! Florida, here we come!

I did surprisingly well this week, and got rid of enough to be able to update my clippie to 55 lbs.!!

Of course- the clippies are having a problem....... so I'll wait.

Not only that, but I figured out that so far I've gotton rid of over 30% of my previous weight!! And my knees are feeling a LOT better than they used to.

Congratulations everyone!!!!

Well I am here to confess. I had a horrible week last week, between a UTI and TOM, and gained 4 pounds. I am hoping some of it is water weight, but if not... it definetly is my own fault. :(
I am back on plan now, and drinking, drinking, drinking my water. I am hoping to lose at least some of this water weight this week. I am committing to walking this week at least 4 days (weather permitting.). Oh well... that week is over, onward and downward!

I'm down a lb this week. :teeth: Considering my pretty bad behavior ;) over Easter I'm very relieved to be down at all! Hope everyone has a great week! :)

Wooohoooo I'm doing great so far. I have counted every single morsel that has gone into my mouth :) Now I have to add in the exercise and watch the weight fall off....slow...but surely :teeth:

Have a great week everyone!

Easter + my birthday+ major binging+TOM==weight gain of great proportions :earseek: I am so disappointed--DH's college reunion is next week, and I really wanted to be at goal. I am far from that!! Checking in and making a promise to myself that I deserve better than they way I have been treating my body over the last month!! Hoping to have a great check-in next week.

I lost another 2lbs this week :hyper: Which I am pretty happy with considering that my right ankle and lower leg is pretty swollen and holding a lot of fluid. Apparently something bit me on my ankle  and now I have an infection! Hopefully it will be gone in a few days! ::yes::

I hope that everyone is able to have a good week! Onward and downward together my friends! :grouphug:

I lost another pound which brings the total to 20lbs. Yeah! I decided to get the clippie, and it does look pretty!

I'm glad to see all of you who went up a little because of Easter, are determined to get back on track! And those added pounds will vanish in a flash.

I gained a pound but I'm going to weigh tomorrow to see if that wasn't a fluke of the scale. I did start to work out with weights this week but I also ate Atkins muffins for the first time and overdid it a bit. I was going to skip the 5 lb. clippie b/c I can always lose 5 lbs, it's just gets harder after that - but now I think I deserve it and will admire it on my way down to 10. Have a good week everybody!

I'm down 1.5 pounds this week. Congrats to the loser and to those who are determined to move the scale this week. ::yes:: Have a good week, everyone!

Warning: Whine coming

This is the 1st week in 14 weeks that I've stayed the same....NO loss. Not even 1/2 lb (which was my lowest loss previous to today).

I hope it's just that I'm gaining muscle. I've been exercising for 12/14 weeks, anywhere from 4-6 days/week. Or maybe, I lost inches. I can't tell since I didn't measure when I started. :(

I deserved this 0 week tho as I went over my flex points for last week. :( But, I'm whining anyway. ;)

Congrats to everyone ELSE tho! :sunny:

I just returned from an 8 day vacataion and I ate, and ate and ate! (I enjoyed every bit of it too.) So the damage is done, I gained back 3 pounds, but I am not too sad, I knew I was sacrifcing the gain when I was eating. Hope to have it off by next week and get back on track.

Well I gained 1/2 a pound this week. I have been pretty good this week and I increased my exercise. So I am hoping this is muscle gain. I can tell I'm losing because I can see it in places you don't measure, like my face and hands. So I guess the scale will catch up eventually. My DH said he can see it too, so it makes me feel a bit better. I was starting to think I was just imagining the difference. One really good thing is we finally had nice weather this week and I was able to get outside a bit. Good luck this week everyone.:D

Hi everyone. Not checking in this week because I've been sick for 4 days. I suspect that the loss showing on my scale will not be there at next weeks WI  Just wanted to say Congrats to everyone ... lose, gain or maintain, you're still here ... which inspires me because I've been pretty bad about journalling and checking in lately. Thanks for always being here for me :)

Well, I learned two things this week: I retain a LOT (multiple pounds) of water during TOM, and that retention happens over at least a couple of weeks. Because now that TOM is finally leaving town... I lost 7 pounds this week.

:hyper: :Pinkbounc :bounce:  :jumping1: :cool1:

I am so ridiculously relieved, it's just crazy. Unfortunately, TOM is still irregular for me, so I can't really plan for the future, but at least I can file this away for future reference. Anyway, I've entered the 200's - with a new clippie to boot! Only one pound away from my next clippie, 8 pounds to ONEDERLAND, and 11 pounds to that 100-pound clippie - I can't believe it. I've also reached halfway on my Mother's Day challenge goal, with 6 pounds to go. Exercise is great, too - I reached 250 days in a row on Saturday! :teeth:

I want to sincerely thank everyone for their support over the past couple of weeks, especially those who posted to my journal and the check-in thread with words of encouragement. Those meant so much to me. While I know that my commitment to a healthy life is permanent, I desparately want my outward appearance to reflect my daily healthy choices - and any delay in reaching that goal is hard to deal with. I never claimed that patience was my strong suit. In any case, your support was invaluable. Thank you.

My biggest success during this past week (besides just surviving it  ) was last Tuesday, when DH and I received a last-minute invitation to the SF Giants game from my sister. Not only did we get to see Barry Bonds hit number 661 (woo-hoo), but of all the yummy things at the ball park for dinner, I chose... a chicken caesar salad wrap! With only one light beer and a few handfuls of kettle corn, I think I did quite well considering all the temptations. As my sister remarked, "who the heck has a salad at a ball game?" Well, she and I did, and they were great!

I hope everyone has a great week! You can do it! :sunny:

Congratulations April on hanging in there, and getting a new clippie. I also retain a lot of fluid when it's TOM, and it does hang around for a couple of weeks! Onle 11 more pounds to go and you get the 100lb clippie! :hyper: You can do that no problem ::yes::
