I am up 1 pound, but I expected that, as the bloat fairy is visiting. Hopefully I can kick her out before next week!

I'm very good at maintaining!! I've been at the same 1 or 2 pounds for over a month now. I'm pretty sure it's that I'm not exercising enough. I think I better reread the Dr. Phil book and get better back on track. Sure, maintaining is great but I still want/need to lose at least 50 pounds!!

I've lost 2 more pounds this week for a total of 8 pounds in 3 weeks-only 12 more to go! What's a little depressing is that actually I lost 4 pounds in the first 5 days of this week, but then I woke up the 6th morning with leg cramps and other symptoms of dehydration (and TOM too!). Drank a lot of water that day, then the next morning I'd regained 2 lbs. of the 4 I'd lost this week. Oh, well-that's still 8 lbs total. And I'm so sick of eggs for breakfast, I "graduated" to a semi-OWL. Still trying to stick to 20 carbs a day, but broadening my food options and counting carbs. Is that sort of Induction/OWL?
 
I am SUCH a bad WISHer! :) I forgot to check in last week!

Last week I got to my ideal weight, 187. (That was up from 184). This week, I was up a pound. I'm doing my losing plan and hoping to get back down to the 187 I'm happy with. I know it's only one pound, but if I don't keep it in check now, I'll put ALL of my 168 pounds back on!!!!!!

Congratulations to big losers this week, and everyone just keep with it! :)
 

Good morning! I'm back on track and I've lost 3 this week total, bringing me down to 225. :sunny:

My exercise was compromised this week by a minor car accident but I'll be back at Curves tomorrow. I just wish the frigid weather would end so I could take the baby out! It's 7 with a wind chill of -8, so I'm not going out with her today. Maybe we'll mall walk....
 
I'm down 2lbs this week - right on track for me. That also earns me a new clippie. Woohoo!

Good morning everyone!:sunny: This morning I weighed in at 124 pounds, which means I've been officially maintaing my 110 lb. loss for three whole weeks.:rolleyes: I'm hoping I can keep this up for the rest of my life! Congratulations to everyone that lost this week, and lots of hugs and good wishes to those who may feel they need a little extra encouragement!:hug: :hug: :hug: Have a good week WISHers!
 
I had surgery on 12/22, tried to do too much too soon and have had to completely lay off exercise for over 2 weeks now! I've tried to be better about my eating to compensate for no exercise.

I'm down 2 pounds since 1/1, so I guess that's good, considering the circumstances.

I'm down 42# on WISH, 46# total! 16# to go!

Thanks for all the encouragement you guys give!

I missed weighing in last Wednesday starting a 3 day intensive class for work. In spite of restaurant food for most of the week I still managed to drop another 2 for a total of 4 for my re-resolution on WISH. Still a very long road ahead, but thanks for all your support. Hugs to all for a great week!
 
This is my first week on SBD today is actually 6th day
I am down 5lbs this week already and so happy.

I don't think I've ever officially done a check-in. I started South Beach on 1/1/04. When I began I weighed 265 (ugh) and I'm 5'8".
My goal weight is 160, or really anything solidly under 200 would make me happy. As of today I'm Approx. 252 (my scales have been a little wacky...need a new one). I started walking last week and plan on walking four times this week. Last night I signed up for the 1/2 marathon (what was I thinking!?).:confused:
 
This is my 4th day on Atkins and I have lost 3 pounds. I felt absolutely terrible to first few days and almost dove into carb-overload, but stopped those silly thoughts after reading all of the WISH entries on this board. You all have done so great! I am so inspired.

I need to lose about 25 pounds. I feel a little better today, but still get cold sweats during the day, but the headaches are pretty much gone.

I am still contemplating the half marathon as well!
 
I'm down 2 1/2 pounds this week which means I'm 1/2 lb from ONEderland!!!! I plan on getting rid of THAT in two days!!

My son is down a 1/2 pound, mainly because I think he pigged out on fruit yesterday, but he's lost lots of inches and gained lots of energy! I think he's growing, too!

This is my first "check in!" :D

I'm on day three of induction and I feel pretty good. This is my first time trying Atkins and I'm following Atkins' book very closely. I have had no cheats! I had some serious cravings yesterday, but made it through.

I'm not going to weigh until Friday - that will be one full week of induction.

Well, I guess this is my first check in.

I started on Atkin 1/2/04. I have had a few "slips", but am down 12 lbs. I am pretty happy since about a week after I started I had to go on a predisone dosage that will last for another week or go. This normally makes me gain, but I am creeping down. The other thing is I can see that my face looks less full already! YEAH!

I need to go figure out how to get a clippie.
 
I am 2 pounds lighter this week! That brings my total to 27 pounds in 8 weeks. Keep up the great work to all the losers out there and to those that have not lost this week, I know you will report a loss next week.
