I didn't see this anywhere, so I thought I would get it started.
The Whoosh fairy <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_3_6.gif' border=0></a> stopped by and took 4 pounds with her this week. So of the 5.5 pounds of holiday treats I gained, 4 of them are gone now!
Onward and downward to all my WISH buddies!

I have lost 2 pounds since last Sunday, thanks to all my WISH journal buddies who are inspiring me to be cheat-free and thanks to my training for the 2005 WDW half-marathon!!
 
Lost 1 lb - down to 230. Not happy, but not upset - just glad to be back on the losing side.
 
Good Morning Everyone!

I officially maintained my weight for the second week in a row. I seem to fluctuate between 123-125, and this morning the scale said 124. I'm now trying to get the motivation to exercise this morning.:mad:

Otto's Doll: Congratulations on your 4 lb. loss! The holidays can be tricky, can't they? WHOOSH...!

DoeWDW: Great job losing another 2 lbs.! Good luck training for the marathon--that's certainly something I'd like to try one day!

Baileymouse: Congrats on your 1 lb. loss! Keep up the great work!

Well, I thought I would have to report a gain, but I am happy to say I have a 3 pound loss!!! I am one of those weigh everyday people (it helps me stay motivated) and I weighed in Thursday at 227, then all of a sudden Friday I was 233!!! I didn't even cheat on Thursday, and drank most of my water! But, now am back down to 227 again, so am happy with that! 1 more pound to go for a new clippie!!!! Congrats to all us losers!!!!!!

I had my first official weigh-in since before the holidays, and I'm glad to say that all of those pounds I gained are gone. :) I guess I got back on track really well! :)

I was 184.2 before the holidays, and Thursday found myself at exactly 184.2! :) Now, I know everyone's gonna hate me, but I gotta put on about 3 pounds. I need to be about 187.
 
COngratulations all!!!1 Hey Dan you can have 3 of my pounds !!!! Well this week I was not sure how I would do but I am down 4 lbs!!!!! SO of the 8lbs I have gained since vacation I only need to get rid of 2 more!!!
 
I'm down .6 lbs this week. :teeth: The BF is here so I was expecting a gain so I'll take that with a smile and hope that the WF drops by next week to get rid of a few more of these pounds. Onward and Downward
 
What a difference since the holidays! Most of us have some loss to report, thank goodness. I lost 2 pounds last week after maintaining the previous 3 weeks. Only 2 more pounds to ONDERland! :bounce: :bounce:

This is also my first check-in since going crazy over the holidays/Universal trips.

I am happy to say that I have lost 5 pounds since tuesday!!!(I am officially back in ONEderland!!!! YIPPIE!!!:D
 
I stayed exactly the same the last two weeks. I missed last week's weigh in due to the flu.

I'm thinking about weighing my self on wednesdays for check in from now on. It seems as though there is a 2-3 pound difference (less) on wednesdays....hmmmm?

Hope everyone has had a good couple of weeks & I'm back in action.

Well, we left for our big WDW trip of the year on Dec. 19.

My DB and family came in on the 23rd, and I TOTALLY didn't count carbs strictly for the whole trip. I tried to eat right as much as I could, but I know that I slipped up every once in a while (like that apple walnut cake with apple sorbet and creme anglaise at the CG :)).

We weighed in on the 4th when we got back and I'd gained about a lb (gee it's nice to run after a 5 and 8 year old for 10 days).

We weighed in again this morning after adhering to the plan closer (now that we're back), and I'm down about 6 lbs for the week!!!!

Talk about a WOOSH fairy....... :hyper: :hyper:
 
still 135 for me.
Not sure what's going on. Missed a period, feel "weird" and SWEAR I feel baby movement, but two ept tests on separate days were negative. I seriously think it's my biological clock ticking loudly and I suspect I'm imagining things. I have my annual visit mid-February, so unless something becomes OBVIOUS, it'll have to wait until then. I'm not really wanting to go in there and admit psychological problems including a pseudo-pregnancy! :rolleyes:

Of course they always say "best way to get pregnant is to lose a lot of weight!" :eek: Remember that thread about ppl having an increased s*x drive since losing weight....it may backfire! :p
 
Congratulations to all the losers this week!!!!

I am happy to report that I am down 2.5 pouds this week! I have also lost 8 inches. You are looking at one happy WISHer this week!

I'm down 1/2 lb. this week which puts me back at the lowest weight since I started in Sept. A good start to the year as I was really expecting a gain. Haven't exercised recently with all the stress I'm having at work. I'm also doing too much snacking again because of the stress.

I'm determined to make this week better! I'm proud of what I have accomplished this far, but the whole work thing has me feeling very low and out of control. :(

Congrats to everyone for getting a great start to the year!

I started Adkins last Monday so this is my first offical check in.

In the first week I've lost 8 pounds. It hasn't been as hard as I expected it to be.

Well I lost the pound I gained last week, so I feel good about that. I am going through a bit of a slow down, I guess I will have to bump up my exercise a bit.
