Haven't seen the thread for this week so I'll start it off.....

I lost one pound this week. My goal this week is to drink my water faithfully all week! Have a great week everyone! :cool1:

I lost 1 lb. YAY. I was beginning to worry that I was still stuck. Down 8 lbs. in 7 weeks.

twotoohappy - first congrats on the lost pound and second thanks for starting the thread for the week. I wasn't sure if this was a specific WISHers duty to start it or if anyone can. Now that I know, if I don't see it for next week, I'll know I can start it.

I lost 2 pounds this week and claimed my beautiful 55 pound clippie! Yippee!!

Almost at the end of my first week on Atkins induction. So far, I have lost about 4 pounds! (Only wanted to lose 20, so this is a good thing!)

WW has been working well for me. I am now at 243. I am feeling a lot better right now. The FlexPoints are a help, too. My goal was/is to not snack at work (McDonalds). In addition to that, I want to drink water with every meal, before any other beverage. I also want to start working harder in gym class, and use the "Walk Away the Pounds" videos.

Thanks for starting the thread Liz. I looked earlier and, didn't find it and, I had to get 'off' so, I couldn't start one.

Banzai, I really like the WATP videos! I hope you do, too! :D

I lost 2.5 lbs this week for a total of 37. I can't believe it myself. I earned a new clippie, too! :Pinkbounc

This board is GREAT!!! ::yes::

Down 2 lbs this week, thank goodness!

We really got off track after our Disney trip, but are finding our way back on.

DH has lost the 5lbs he gained while at WDW. So he is back where he started.

Congrats to everyone! Good job!

My goal this week is to drink more water and take my vitamins!!! (if only they didn't taste so yechy)

Congratulations Lisa and Kim on your new clippies! :happy2: :happy2:

I lost 7lbs this week. I also was able to claim a new clippie :flower1:

Here's some PD :wizard: for everyone, to help us stay OP this week. Onward and downward! :grouphug:

I lost 4 LBS since Thursday on Atkins Induction.

3 weeks pryor to this I was doing a very liberal version of Atkins (preWish) and lost 13LBS. My total loss in 3 &1/2 weeks is 17LBS

I lost 5.6 this week, but its really only .8 since I lost the 4.8 I gained last week while my mom was here. I suspect it was all water weight from my body wondering what I was feeding it. Only 1.8 left till my WW goal.

Hi all!:wave2:
I lost 1/2 pound this week. I think it could be more, but TOM has arrived so I guess I'll just hope for a bit more next week. Good luck this week everyone!:sunny:

Hi everyone! I'm happy to report that I have another 2 pounds gone this week. Hooray! :teeth: Only 2 pounds to my next clippie, 4 pounds to ONEderland (sooooo close!), and 7 pounds to that fabulous 100 clippie. I was really hoping to make it to Onederland by 5/15 (leaving for vacation), but even if I don't make it, I'm still happy with how things are going (I think). 2 pounds/week is 1% per week, which is perfectly super progress. ::yes:: I'm only two pounds away from my Mother's Day Challenge goal as well - I might just make it. :p

Even though I'm feeling OK with the scale movement right now, I still increased my exercise this week, adding 5 minutes (~0.4 miles) to my morning run. I'm hoping this will kick things into a higher gear for the next couple of weeks. ;) 267 days in a row!

Considering all the tempting food I faced this week, I'm very proud that I lost anything this week! From two birthday dinners for DH (fabulous French food on Friday, scrumptious Chinese last night) and an unplanned dinner out with my parents (BBQ), to all the "fair food" at a wine festival in my town (the BEST kettle korn, fried zucchini, ice cream), I had quite the line-up of challenges. I just tried to eat reasonably at each meal, making sure to have some veggies whenever possible, and I think it worked out all right.

Best of all, even when I was making the healthier choices (and passing up real French bread, chow mein, potato salad, funnel cakes, etc. in the meantime), I didn't feel deprived! I felt in control of my choices, and was able to enjoy some great food with no guilt afterwards. After almost 9 months on this journey, it seems that I may have made real adjustments to my eating behaviors. :goodvibes

I joined all those WISHers buying fun new clothes and went on quite the shopping spree this weekend, as I had NO summer clothes other than my workout shorts and shirts. :faint: I needed a new suit as well, for a job interview to be scheduled sometime this month. :hyper: After hitting Walmart, Lane Bryant, and Macy's, I think I'm just about set with some *really* cute stuff... mostly in size 18!! Oh yeah!

Have a wonderful week, and a great Mother's Day for all you moms out there.

Down 4 last week - the 2nd week of Phase I on the Beach. I am into Phase II this week (sort of) adding things very slowly.

I am thrilled with my progress so far

Well, I've been MIA for a month or two, but am back and more determined that ever. In fact, I told myself that I had to have two good weeks before coming back to WISH. Talk about motivation! :) Plus, I was waiting to talk with my doctor in order to confirm my goals and plans and her thoughts on them. She helped me recognize that my original goal was probably too much loss for my body type. Instead, I am going to adjust my goal and we'll see how I feel and look at 150.

I started two weeks ago, back at my pre-WISH weight of 218. Last week, I lost all of that water weight from not behaving myself. This week, I have lost 2lbs, bringing me down to 211. I've also lost 6.5 inches in the last two weeks (didn't measure last week). Best of all, I get to claim my first clippie!! :bounce: I'm also excited to see Onederland in the near future.

Congratulations to everyone for a great week! It looks like we've all done pretty well.

Chim Chiminy - I'm with you...the vitamins taste horrible. However...I am being good to and taking all of my supplements per the doctors orders. My other goal this week is also to drink my water everyday.

Well, I guess this is nearly four months since me using the check-in thread! Have to get back in the habit & not be a lurker here at WISH!!

My two weeks of Atkins re-induction ended last Saturday - I lost 1lb - had hoped for more - but downs down! So far no loss this week!

I need to keep plugging away & trying to drink more water!
Claire

Three weeks, no loss!!! This is the plateau from hell!!!!

Hopefully next week
