Hi, All! I am just returning to the boards and am doing wonderfully well at signing up for EVERYTHING, but need some help still staying motivated! I love encouraging others,
but I really wish that I could motivate myself!
Would anybody here be looking for a buddy to be accountable to? I am looking to lose about 15 pounds, but even just five would make me happy. I don't really have a plan, but I am planning on making one... For now I was just thinking of 30 minutes of walking/running
aw: per day with some occasional FIRM
videos tossed it (I bought them quite some time ago... I really ought to use them...)So, is anybody else in a similar boat?
Maybe we could work together!Looking forward to hearing from some new buddies!
