Pam and Lisa, thanks for your encouraging comments over in the old thread!! Am feeling better now - my sister told me to drink lots of tea with honey and that seemed to have done the trick! Still can feel the infection, but feeling lots better.
Had a very active day. Finished putting together the Ikea furniture, cleaned out all the papers on my desk, cleaned the balcony furniture to prep it for the move. I also took it inside as it is going to rain the next few days and I think it will be easier for the moving company to carry the stuff (down from my 5th floor apartment which does not have an elevator!!) if it is dripping wet! I feel like I have been running around all day. Now some vegetables are being roasted in the oven which I intend to eat with some cold meat. And then I might take a hot bath!
I am happy to see so many people signing up! Let's hove that we all have a great November!!

Those suckers HURT!
And yes, I'm also going to ask for leniency for the W&D weekend!

) and a big serving of fruit, plus coffee with nonfat milk. I did taste the grits ( I usually like them) but only had a taste (about 3 Tb.). I avoided the pastries, belgian waffles, bacon, sausage, , sausage gravy & biscuits. It really wasn't too hard...because I just kept thinking "save your calories for Butterbeer"!
) and i'm so glad you are still here with us, so at least you are still headed in the right direction. I'll send you a PM later when I am NOT sitting on the floor of a convention center surrounded by geeks.
I've had a good year but I am determined to finish it with a bang and a new decade. I will stick with my WW and be better about not eating those APs and weeklies and will be ramping up my Princess training as best I can while I finish recovering from an injury.
I'm better but still have a ways to go before full recovery.
This is a great place! Thanks for joining us.

I don't want to worry about any seatbelts not fitting or about me being uncomfortable on any rides. I'll keep logging in all my food, stick to the dietary changes I've made, and keep exercising 5-6 days a week.
I just truly needed to be honest, come clean and admit how far I have fallen. If I don't get a handle on this quickly I will be buying a whole new wardrobe yet again....I just haven't yet learned to eat without "bread" products. G-f breads (baked goods) just truly aren't worth the calories and are usually not even that good for you. The calories are killing me. The g-f beer I drink has 160 calories a bottle.
I can't keep doing the same thing over and over and expect positive results.
My goal is to get up to 2 containers of water a day, but that might take a while.
