Evening all! Done with my workout and have a bit of free time before we leave the Y, so I am here to say HI and then waste some time on Pinterest.
I did a "fat burner" walking workout on the TM tonight. It wasn't too unbearablably boring and next time I will definitely bump up the pace a bit more.
I came up with a new recipe while on the TM tonight. I'm going to go jot down my ideas while they are fresh. I'll share the recipe after I have a chance to try it...provided that it isn't a total disaster!
I'll give you a hint....it includes sundried tomatoes...mmmmmmm!
