I am not strict with calorie counting, as I said before we are on a heart healthy diet, but I will tell you that when I knew I was under, (I felt it), I did not lose. You body needs calories to burn weight off for sure!!!!
So I eased up a bit and lost another pound this week!
Right now I am at the weight where I would "give in" but that is not happening this time.
I am excited to see how far this is going to go with just portion control and eating the right foods. I have not even started exercising yet (not by choice, I am still working on getting my foot fixed
).

I didn't lose a pound and the side effects are awful, even if you don't take in that much fat.
After trying everything (it seems) out there, I decided to go with tried and true Weight Watchers. It's stood the test of time and the ONLY thing that seems to have worked for me (even if it's painfully slow!)...
