Wish 6A/6B - difference from 5?

On the Fantasy and Dream, the 6A & 6B cabins have a partial wall on the verandah railing and are listed as having "undersized or obstructed view" with a "private verandah with white wall." On the Wish, they are described identically to category 5, which raises the question, "what makes them worse than a 5?"

They're way toward the back, which makes them slightly further from the elevator, I suppose. Otherwise, it's unclear why they didn't just call them cat 5's and leave out cat 6, just like they left out cat 10.

Has anyone asked Disney this question?

DCL Shoreside teams may not even know yet. They had to reclassify several staterooms after the Dream finished construction. It’s possible they are expecting a solid white wall or some type of obstruction but aren’t really sure yet.

Good question, but this tends to be our favorite category too. The least expensive Verandah. Being way Aft hasn't seemed to be a problem (none of us gets sea-sick anymore at all). And the savings over the regular Verandah is nice.

If you look at the renderings Disney has put out (which are obviously just CG, given that the ship is still being built), it does look like the verandahs on those cat 6 staterooms (outlined in red) have a wider piece of steel between each deck than the cat 5's (in blue), which would suggest that these rooms will have the "half wall" partway up the railing. I just don't know why they wouldn't say so in the description, given that they should know what the railing will look like already - I mean, they put them in category 6 instead of 5, so they should know what they expect to be different about them.

I guess we'll all see eventually when the ship is put together enough for us to see a good side view of the ship.
