Does the cabins or camper rentals have the option to provide wired internet/ethernet service? I may need to work from vacation while visiting but can’t use wi-fi. Any help would be appreciated!

No Fort Wilderness doesn't offer that.

If you require a wired connection to the outside world, you may need to be at one of WDW's Official "Business Centers" most likely.

PS - before wifi was installed, guests could check out a cable modem (with an ethernet port) from the Meadow TP for internet connectivity. We used to connect a travel router so that we could have wifi (walk-around connectivity) in our campsite. I have not heard that cable modems are available from the Meadow Trading Post any more. But those were the days. (green light is on my travel router).

Photo from March 2016. LITERALLY, the day AFTER I took this picure, Disney turned "ON" the new wifi network they had built into the campsites. It was fast (enough for back then) because it was new and had few users.
