This was probably my favorite poll so far. Illuminations barely made it into this poll with only two people voting for it. But this underdog turned into a Cinderella story!

Okay, so coming up... Best ROOM in the World! Best "Room" basically means favorite "scene" in an attraction. Examples: Laughin' Place in Splash, the Graveyard in Mansion, flying over London in Peter Pan, the broken tracks in Everest, "Just Can't Wait to be King" in Philharmagic.

So your top 5 favorite scenes/rooms in Disney World. Can be multiple scenes in one attraction, all different attractions... whatever your heart desires!

Here we go!

"White room" (with ferris wheel, etc.) in Small World (even though I despise the song/ride!) LOL

Any ocean/cliff scenes in Soarin ( sure this will change with new version, but they make me miss CA so much!!!)

Bride in Haunted Mansion

Closing scene of Stitch's Great Escape (with castle - don't want to "spoiler" for anybody that hasn't seen it!)

There also used to be a "white room" scene in Journey into Imagination - can't remember if it's still there in the newer/terrible version or not - I used to say - if I were a CM, I'd want to work just in that 1 room

Congrats to Illuminations! Though, you could have the decency to show up to accept your award! ;)

Interesting new poll - making me think about the attractions a little different

- Jungle Cruise Schweitzer Falls (named after Dr. Falls, featuring the back-side of water)
- Soarin' Orange Trees (love when that orange scent hits you!)
- Peter Pan London Scene (love the effect of the buildings getting smaller)
- Wishes when Jiminy Cricket says "see what a little wishin' can do?"
- Dream Along With Mickey when Mickey says "Gosh Minnie, you'll always be a princess to me!" (get's me in the feels every time)

I thought you were going to say the Closing scene of Stitch's Great Escape because that means it's almost over ;)
:rotfl2:

Don't say I like the WHOLE things, just that. :)

Just like I don't like ALL of Small Word, just the white room. :)

Yes, you said something that made me think (as usual) :) - thank you Tony, for coming up with this idea, and for doing what others posters here constantly do for me - give me fresh and interesting perspectives on things all the time!! That's one of the things I love about the forums!!

This is tough to figure out exact moments on a ride

The part of ToT where the ride car moves forward and you see the giant eyeball

When you first sit down in Mission Space and start hitting random buttons

Everest when the track ends

Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr Tom Morrow

The Christmas scene in CoP because it means the ride is almost over

London scene in PPF
Final scene in Great Movie Ride with all of the old clips
Tink flying during "Wishes"
Ballroom scene in HM
Burning city scene in POTC(That's where the Ho really kicks in)

Dinosaur meteor shower
El Capitan in Soarin'
Breaking Plates in Toy Story
Haunted Mansion bride/widow (I often imagine that I am her)
Paddle Wheel in Splash Mountain
POTC ship battle

Inside the mine on 7DMT
London in Peter Pan's Flight
Under the Sea in Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid
Rome burning on Spaceship Earth
Heffalumps and Woozles in Winnie the Pooh

Awwwww Sarah - and here I thought you and I were growing SOOOOOO close!!!! :)

I tend to agree with Sarah here. Much like shoving Frozen into the Norway pavilion, Johnny Depp squeezed into the ride that launched a movie franchise seems cheap and tacky, plus I don't like him.

The ending of Fantasmic with all the characters on the boat.

Rome/Burning of Rome scene in Spaceship Earth

Ballroom scene in HM

End of the tracks on Expedition Everest

Maurice's workshop and the doorway at Enchanted Tales with Belle

I actually almost put the cottage scene from 7DMT ... though I think a large part of my affection for that scene is that they reused the animatronics from the old Snow White ride

And the Rome Burning scene in SSE is a great call. Actually a lot of great scenes from that ride, hard to pick just one, but the smell from the Rome scene is memorable

Ack! Totally forgot about the Steamboat Willie part of Fantasmic! Great call!

I definitely should have waited until others chimed in as I am realizing I forgot a lot of good ones!

Fantasmic is my least favorite of the nighttime shows, but I will riot if they attempt to remove the boat during a hypothetical renovation. It's just such a cute, classical scene.
