Winkler's 2010- The fun, the exhaustion, and the painful!

I saw mention of your reports on Judy's thread and had to read your story. I started with Levi's PTR and read straight through all of them (well as straight through as my family would let me) You are an amazing woman thank you for sharing your story and I can't wait to read more.

I'm here!!!! :thumbsup2
Hi DM!!!:yay:

I wanted you to know I have been POURING over your Trip Reports (I still have so much to read, I was intimidated by the sheer size at first, so I am taking it in bit by bit), your blog spots, news articles, pictures...You are an amazing woman, who has had no other choice, I know. Your family is BLESSED to call you Wife and Mom and I will be here to route you on, cheer for you, cry with you and lift you in in prayer. I LOVE your spirit, your kindness and your sewing talent...simply incredible! :flower3:

Wow, thank you so much. I was thinking the same wonderful things about you.

Just saw your new ticker--you're going on the Dream! :cool1: I totally would have held out for that, too, instead of going on the Wonder or the Magic. Can't wait for that TR!

After a quick trip through Toontown, we headed for Tom Sawyer's Is, with a stop at the Carrousel.

That evening, we had dinner at Garden Grill. I had always wanted to go there, but never made it. I made Isabelle a cute dress, but we had a wardrobe malfunction when we got there. I had to buy a pin to hold a strap up. I embroidered some overall shorts for Gabriel. This was the first time he seemed very interested in solid food at all. He really enjoyed mashed potatoes!!

I LOVE the pictures, Your children are precious :goodvibes and the outfits gorgeous as usual...do you etsy or are you much too busy? I have always thought Garden Grill looked like so much fun...would you recommend it? I LOVE your Toontown highlights, I wish they would have the expansion done before we go...that would be cool! Great memories and beautiful smiles, I love it!

Hi Judy!! I liked Garden Grill! I think we will go again, someday. I dn't sell on Etsy, yet! Working on it! I just started selling. ;)

We might have to try Garden Grill :woohoo:...any suggestions for DHS to eat? (Not Table Service). Everything just tastes"okay" when we have eaten there before. We always wind up at the Pizza Place...which is fine, but I can get that at home...:rotfl: Where do you sell...and how hard is it to make a pillowcase dress? They look so cute and I could try that by hand...if I knew where to even start! :rotfl2:

I tried to PM you back earlier (loved the idea)! It said your box was full and some messages need to be emptied! :flower3:

LOVE the tribute to Toon Town...can't believe no more sewing machine pics :sad2:

BlessedMom- 1) a pillowcase dress is super easy to make and 2) try Starring Rolls at DHS. It's a good alternative to Pizza Planet.

Yes, I just saw my box is at capacity! LOL!:lmao:

Starring Rolls is pretty good, if we don't just go to Pizza Planet! We tend to head over to Boardwalk and have lunch at the Bakery (love the dessert options!:woohoo:) or we go to Beaches and Cream at Beach Club.

I have an album that can be looked through on my Facebook page. Do you FB? I am over there all the time!!!:dance3:

I started out handsewing. Guess you saw that!! Pillowcases are super easy!!

Hi Kristine!!!

After our yummy dinner, we headed over to the potties!! LOL! Then used some FP a nice couple gave us on our way in for Soarin! It's my favorite!!!
Waitin outside the potty.

We walked over to Mexico after a quick visit to Epcot's first aid, we got bandaids for Matt. :( We rode El Rio Del Tiempo, then walked over to Norway and rode Maelstrom.
DSCN0325.jpg

Matt and I decided to work on more of WS when hungry so we could enoy F&W treats! Instead we walked over to the seas, and just went in the back door. We went in the back, b/c I was going to leave Gabriel in the stroller while he slept, but strollers aren't allowed. Even though it was empty, we had to take it back out.

We woke the next morning refreshed. I always wake before everyone else. I decided to hop in the shower. Since I nurse, Gabriel and I also co-sleep. I have done all of my children the same. Gabriel was also awake, the other 2 didn't want to be, so I stuck Gabriel between them.
DSCN0335.jpg

Before we knew it we were driving over to Poly. We decided to drive, thinking it would be less walking. Matt's feet were really hurting. So were my tatas, but not much I could do until I got home and Gabriel and I got some meds. Soon we were checked in for breakfast at 'Ohana.

Matt gave Gabriel a bottle of pumped milk so I could walk around with Isabelle and give the ouchy Mommy Bar a break

We were finally called to our seat and I was just getting ready to sit at the table when I realized my camera wasn't in the bag!! I got a scare,:scared: luckily it was just under the stroller!

After an OK breakfast, I mean it was good, but I prefer dinner at 'Ohana, we drove over to Epcot for some Food and Wine fun.

Foods and Drinks we had at F&W- countries in Alpha order.

As I look back I see that I have virtually NO pictures from F&W...???? The only reason I can see is that I didn't want to stop b/c so much was RIGHT IN THE SUN and I was worried about Gabriel. The pictures (if there is one) for these foods are taken from wdwinfo.com

Argentina- Grilled Beef Skewer- This was Very good!!

Australia- Lamb Chop with Potato Salad- Matt and I each got one, b/c of reviews. Neither of us liked it. Lamb chop was 95% fat.

Belgium- I REALLY wish I had tried the mussels. :( Matt had a beer and I had the Godiva Iced Coffee, which I basically downed...YUM! Love to have one now...;)

Chile- Shrimp Ceviche- It was good.

China- Isabelle got a chicken stick, I got the green tea plum cooler. Chicken was good, cooler was like kool aid.

France- Chocolate Creme Brulee- YUMMMMYYYY!!!! Isabelle hogged most of it!

Ireland- Fisherman's Pie- big disappointment- 3 pieces of crab shell...

Morocco- Iced Mint Tea- so refreshing...

S. Africa- Beef Tenderloin with Sw. Potato puree and mango bbq- LOVED IT!!!

S. Korea- Black Raspberry Rice Wine- Not real great, so I mixed it with the koolaid cooler.

I missed a LOT I wanted to try!! If you have never "done" F&W, do try!!!
