I bet the 5 hour time difference is really hard to adjust to!

How many times do you think it drops on average? I have a quirk about not knowing what to expect so the idea of not knowing how many times it will drop makes my palms sweat!

i have rode ToT 4 times so far. the first time it dropped 5 times. the second time was more like 3. the third time was 3 or 4 and this last time was at least 5, maybe 6. so it's totally random. believe me.....it's sooooo much fun! i wasn't looking forward to it either and now i love it!

We got on a nearly empty bus and were on our way!! We got there just a few minutes before they started letting people in.......look who was in line by us...............

Cherie got the idea to take the picture, but didn't know how. I suggested I take the picture in true tourist fashion. The funny part was, the lady on the left tried to move to get out of the picture. Ethan was kindof hiding behind others. You can see his arm behind Cherie. Oh yeah, Flat Jordan decided to be in the picture as well.

I have to laugh, because this is the man who gets so scared before a ride, that he tries to get out of it by saying he has to go to the bathroom.....about 30 seconds before time to get on a ride!

i've done that, too! last summer i was at six flags with my sister and some friends and we were waiting in line to ride goliath. it's VERY big and VERY scary-looking. anyway, it had just rained so they were waiting for the track to dry to open the ride back up and we were like the 3rd group of people in line. we had been waiting about 30 minutes for them to open it back up and i decided that i had to go to the bathroom. really i was just very nervous about riding. i looked at my sister and said, "i gotta go to the bathroom. if i'm back before they open it, great. if not, oh well." as soon as i turned to walk away they opened the ride! so i had no choice but to ride it. the whole time we were going up the huge incline was telling my sister that i hated her because she made me do this. she had ridden before and she knew i'd love it and she was right....i did! that's the thing about being nervous for a ride.....it makes it even more fun once you actually get on it!

i thought i'd share this......this is a video of goliath. it doesn't go upside down or anything, but it gives you the sensation of flying. every time you go over one of those hills, you feel like you're coming out of your seat because there's nothing over your shoulders. it's really cool!

My brother went to Six Flags recently and was telling me about all the rides. I asked if he screamed like a girl, and his response was, "I screamed like a man afraid to face his death."

That's too funny, Cherie, about your husband and his bathroom out -- I might have to remember that for my own use.

I'm going to let ya'll in on a little secret..........I seriously have OCD. Not just the strange disney version that has afflicted all of us on the dis board. I actually have diagnosed, need to take medicine or you'll be in a padded cell.....OCD. There. I said it. I thought I should mention this because it affects how the first couple days of our trip went.

Wendsday started with a call from stitch to wake us up. We were up and going by 6:30. D.Jay and the kids headed down to the food court to get breakfast. We used our snack credits. The boys all had some form of a donut, Bailie had a fruit bowl, and I had yogurt with granola.

We were out at the bus stop by 8. We were all so excited to get to our first park. We were going to Hollywood Studios. I was excited to get to enjoy the park since our last visit involved horendous pain and the first aid nazi lady. The only problem was I was so worried about not having pain, that all I could think about was "am I in pain"? Yes, I know it makes no sense to the rational mind.................if you haven't noticed yet, rational isn't something most would use to describe me! So throughout the day I was worried that I would start having pain again. But I'll take worying about having pain over actual pain any day!

Hrello I just read your TR for 3 hours, two of which DD2 was taking her nap. I'm coming over from the peep thread and I have seen you on Jordan's TR also. I just have to say I loved the videos that you had your kids watch and the video of them watching the video made me cry. So cute. I also read a couple of weeks ago your last TR, very funny. Glad you're feeling much better.

It's a refrence to the new twilight book coming out......it's about vampires.....I'm slightly obsessed.

I'm obsessed too, I read three books in a month. I decided I'm going to the movie by myself.

Can't wait for more.

HEYYYY!!!!! It didn't happen this last trip. I actually had a lot of fun. I quit worrying about the kids enjoying the rides too. I figured that they would have fun rides or no.
