Wine pairing at Remy on the Disney Fantasy

Me and my husband want to dine at Remy with the wine pairing while on our cruise in October. I just booked the dinner this morning but I don't know how to add the wine pairing to it! Help!!

I think that you do that when you are at the dinner, not prior to.

That's right. The waiter will explain the menu with you and talk about the wine pairing. At that point, you either opt in or out. In our case, we share a wine pairing because it would be too much for me alone. We love it!
