The WCT WOC Dining Package appears to have changed since the opening of Cars Land on June 15.

The DLR web-site (link) says that the lunch package and dinner package both come with the "Disney Dining Reserved Viewing ticket":

Lunch

First and second show lunch packages (on applicable days):

  • 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., first show
  • 2:40 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., second show
Includes Disney Dining Reserved Viewing ticket.

$29.99 adults
$18.99 children ages 3 to 9

Dinner

First and second show dinner packages (on applicable nights):

  • 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., first show
  • 7:05 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., second show
Includes Disney Dining Reserved Viewing ticket.

$39.99 adults
$20.99 children ages 3 to 9

Has anyone done the WCT WOC Dining recently? :wizard:

:earsboy:

This is strange. I just called about the differences between the Lunch and Dinner tickets since the site indicated both Premium and Reserved in the title on the page you linked to. They mentioned that Lunch placed you in the Blue area and Dinner had you in the center Red section. Now 2 hours later, the webpage is changed. I wonder if I can find the old link or how I got there...

When I called to make the reservation, I asked about the locations for lunch and dinner package and was told by the CM that lunch area will be behind the dinner area: "back of dinner area to the left" (her exact words), so I booked dinner not lunch for WCT.
There is a price difference and I expect the locations for lunch and dinner would not be the same.

I just called and spoke with Blake and he said there was no difference between the lunch and the dinner for WCT in regard to the reserved area. He said both of them are in the center area. I have been hearing conflicting information for the past week on what areas you will be standing at if you eat at WCT. I am anxious to hear from people who have eaten there since June 15.

Well I just called and made reservations for the Wine Country Trattoria for the lunch viewing. We made it for 1:30 as the Pixar Play Parade should begin at 2:00 if the schedule doesnt change, and if we can score the patio we can watch the parade. However I asked about the viewing section for the WCT vs CC and they said the CC is in the prime round middle section, the Fast pass holders are on one side of the round prime viewing section and the WCT and Picnic are on the other side of the circle. :confused3 Now I am really confused. So basically they are saying that there is no difference between a $29.00 lunch vs a picnic? Plus I asked about the splash zone and if I would be able to see the WOC from there as I love the splash zone but she said NO it is only for the CC guests alone. :headache: I really have no idea what is going on. I'm actually kinda happy they dont have prepaid vouchers for this show, cause if I had prepaid for it already and was this confused, I would be one very unsatisfied park guest.

There is just too much conflicting info. :confused3

Someone who just experienced both WCT and CCR WOC dining packages claimed that WCT was in the middle front area (more people) and CCR is in the back unobstructed blue section near the VIP area (less people).

I can't agree with you more now that I am more confused than before!

welcome to all things disney...where you will always get conflicting information with a smile:lmao:

I made reservations for both WCT and CC (we will be there July 11-19). I was told the online picnic basket pick up thing was just a fast pass ticket and that the lunch or dinner at WCT was a dedicated area. She also told me that the area was the same for the dinner and lunch. :confused3

We'll see what we get once we're there. We'll be at Disney; so, it will be good no matter what! :woohoo:

ok that is what i was thinking but then HG post confused the heck out of me:rotfl:...i already knew about the picnic one being a FP tix only but thats good to know...especially with CC being as pricy as it is, I would think you could get a dedicated area out of it:rotfl:
