Wine and Dine plan

Can someone please explain this one to me. There will be 3 adults in our party can we all use the bottle of wine each night. We normally would order a glass or two, not sure if this would be the cheaper route. We will be in 2 rooms.

I believe it's 39.99 for a bottle a night. When my fiance and I went to Disney, we'd buy a bottle that was often less than 40 bucks a night. We're still planning on ordering drinks at night, and wine, but we don't want to be forced to get a bottle of night. We want to be able to sample different types of wine, maybe a glass of each, and try margaritas or Grand Marnier slush. We are just alotting $40 a day to a Disney gift card to use as our WINO fund... And using that card to pay for our booze.

I haven't been able to find many people that have done the wine and dine plan and are able to say it's cost effective, if that helps at all.
