Windsor Palms vs Windsor Hills

I totally agree!!
The playground is pretty much what has me sold on Windsor Hills... Now if I could just decide on a unit!!

I really think I have my choices narrowed down to 2...
A 2 bedroom condo on 2nd floor / building 4, with a mickey room...
Or a 3 bedroom, ground floor / building 8, ugly kids room, but right across from pool & playground...

Help!!

Can't be across the playground cause the kids playground is in the middle of the "houses" zone, if it is accross the pool is where the clubhouse is, you will have the cinema, arcades and pool very close but not the playground.

Sorry, map just said "recreation" area, I assumed it was everything!!
How far from the condo buildings, is the playground? Walking or driving distance? Thanks for the heads up.

Hi! Here is the All Star map for Windsor Hills (even if you are not renting from them - you can see where the units are on the map). I didn't rent through All Star, but I got different information on my property listing from there... often owners list properties in more than one place.

You can see the playground is over in 'houses' on a triangle shaped piece of land. I am guessing the one unit you are looking at is in the 7654 building - across from clubhouse and next to lake.

We liked Windsor Palms a lot. We were there in May 2008. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was great fr the boys (6 & 4) and it was five minutes away from AK. I like the fact that you didn't have to mess with renting a card for the pool. The sundry shop was well stocked. The boys liked the playground. It was nice and quiet.

Our condo was beautiful. Well taken care of, plenty of towels, pool toys, and a great guide to the area including directions to all the grocery stores.

Personal choice for you, I'd rather spend less than more!
