Windsor palms building new pool area?

Has anyone heard about Windsor Palms building a new pool area called The Oasis? Has this been confirmed?

Due to the recession, our HOA BOD sent out a mailing at the end of 2008 notifying us that the proposed project which had been approved by the owners was being put on hold...I was hoping that it would have been done by now We are going next week!! However it is still on the table...
Guess we will see what they say in the near future.
