We recently stayed at a beautiful 3BR condo at Windsor Hills that was on the first floor in the building right next to the pool. I found it on VRBO. I cant remember the number but the owners email is Hollyhousebrowns@aol.com if you want to get in touch with them.

We recently booked a 3 br/ 3 bath townhome with Storytime #4 (www.storytimeorlandorental.com). It is right across the street from the clubhouse and very nicely decorated. I chose this over a condo because of the splash pool and being able to park right outside of our door. I know what it's like coming back from the parks w/ tired kids and I just couldn't chance being too far away and having to carry kids too far. Besides that, the price was not much more. Good luck!

Ditto on how nice it is to have the splash pool--the kids could swim while I was making dinner.

We used windsorhillsrent.com and did a request, then I narrowed it down from there. I found that if you can find an owner rental it is cheaper.
