Windsor Hills or Terra Verde?

I am having a hard time deciding between the two. I know that WH is closer than TV to the parks. I am comparing two units that both have 3 BR's. WH is $175 more than TV. We are also staying 9 nights. I also like the idea of a personal hot tub but WH pool looks looks nicer, especially for 2 kiddies - ages 5 and 1. (DD is not tall enough for the water slide - so that is not part of a deciding factor.)
