Windsor hills? Lake Buena vista resort & spa? Can anyone give me information on places intended for longer stays?

I'm just trying to gather information to build a case to spend more time in Florida! a girl can dream right!

It would be 2 adults+ a toddler.
My husband would just work his typical schedule so ideally we'd want a rental that's close to wdw as possible, pools, gym &
Included park transportation? shuttles from the rental?

Do the rentals let you park free?

My daughter's in a car seat, so lugging that around with an uber is not an option.
