Just wanted to give some advice when renting Hi-Tech Heaven from FloridaSunVacationHomes....
Pool furniture is not as shown in pictures. They have the white loungers, with straps, and not the brown fabric loungers. I know some may not care, but this was actually something I based my decision on.
Also, beds are very uncomfortable. I feel like this home is older than some others, and starting to show its age. Tile grout is coloring, could use new carpets (peeling up at the edges) and fresh coat of paint, and furniture may be original.
House is in the inner loop of WH while we prefer the outer edge.
Sound system is great, cable TV access (SHOW, HBO, etc was nice!) and couch was VERY comfortable!
I emailed FSVH suggesting some improvements to their search page, maybe updated photos and street addresses. I have enjoyed renting from FSVH and will continue to do so, but may ask some better questions about the property in the future!
