Windsor Hills common grill?

I searched but I can't seem to find this information. We are staying at WH in a condo next week. Is there a common grill that we can use? If so, is it a gas or charcoal grill?

There is a gas grill next to the clubhouse near the condo buildings.

Honestly, I don't recall seeing more than one. I have walked past the community grill on occasion and never saw anyone using it.
