Windsor Hills by cab?

We will be arriving at Windsor Hills next week for a 10-day stay. My sister will be joining us for the last 6 days of our trip (we will pick her up from the airport). We will have a rental car to get to and from the parks. However, my sister may not want to stay in the parks as long as we do each day, and it's possible that she'll grab a cab back to the townhouse a few times. Since the entry pass will be in our car, how will she show the guard that she's staying there? Does she just need to give the address of the townhouse? I emailed her a copy of the rental agreement. Can she just show it on her phone (by the way, her name is not on the agreement since I arranged the rental). Also, will the guard let the cab enter and drop her at the townhouse, or will she have to be dropped at the guard gate and walk the rest of the way? Just want her to be prepared. Thanks for any info!

The owner can put her name in the computer so she is registered with WH. The cab situation can be pricey. she can get a rental car from the airport for @$20/day which would be cheaper than a cab.

Thanks. I already talked to the owner and she said I could add my sister's name to the confirmation letter myself. She might only take a cab once or twice and isn't worried about the fare. We'll already have a rental car so she'll mostly be riding with us.
